Refund Policy

By making a reservation or booking with Everlore Enterprises, Inc. (“Everlore”, “we,” “us,” or “our”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to the Return & Cancellation Policy below. These terms form part of the contract between you and Everlore. The non-refundable deposit, cancellation deadlines, conditions for transfers, and other provisions apply as set forth herein.
Please also note: your rights under applicable law (including consumer protection statutes) may not be waived or limited by this policy. These terms do not replace or override any legal rights you may have under local State, federal or international law.
1. Reservations, Bookings & Payments

To reserve a spot in a retreat, rental, membership program or online course (“Program”), you are required to pay at least a deposit (or full payment) as specified at checkout.

Your reservation becomes confirmed only after we receive payment and send you written confirmation.

Prices and availability are subject to change until your booking is confirmed.
2. Deposits

The deposit amount is non-refundable, except in the circumstances described in Section 4 below.

The deposit secures your place and allows us to commit venue, staffing, materials and other resources. This is consistent with many holistic retreat providers.
3. Balance & Payment Deadlines

The remaining balance (if any) is due by the date specified in your booking confirmation.

If you fail to pay the balance by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and retain any payments made to date (including the deposit).
4. Cancellation by You (Participant)
When you cancel your participation in a Program, the following refund/credit structure applies:

Credit Option:
In lieu of a refund, we may at our discretion offer you a credit toward a future Program with Everlore. The credit value and terms will be determined by us and communicated in writing.
Transferability:
You may transfer your registration to another individual (subject to our written approval) if you notify us and we approve the replacement participant and approval is granted at least [specify: e.g., 30] days before the Program start date. The non-refundable deposit still applies. Some providers do this as a flexible alternative.
Non-Refundable/No-Exceptions Clause:
Some Programs (especially online courses once access is granted or memberships once activated) may be non-refundable after a certain date or once started. We will clearly specify when you check out if a Program is non-refundable or allows only credit.
5. Cancellation by Everlore

If we (Everlore) cancel the Program for any reason (e.g., venue issue, insufficient registrations, Force Majeure), you will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit, or you may choose a credit toward a future Program.

We are not responsible for your travel, accommodation, or other third-party costs incurred (e.g., airfare), so we strongly recommend you purchase travel/cancellation insurance.
6. Leaving Early or Arriving Late

If you arrive late, depart early, or choose not to attend part(s) of the Program for any reason, no refund or creditwill be issued for missed days or sessions. Many retreats adopt this approach.

If you are asked to leave due to violation of our Code of Conduct, your fee is forfeited and no refund or credit will be given.
7. Online Courses & Memberships

For online courses and memberships: once you have been granted access and the course has commenced (or membership benefits activated), refunds will not be permitted. We may, at our discretion, offer a credit or partial refund if cancellation is requested within a the first 14 days and you have accessed minimal content.

Access rights cease once cancellation is confirmed and any outstanding balance must still be paid.
8. How to Request Cancellation/Refund/Transfer

You must send your cancellation or transfer request via email to info@everlore.org with your full name, booking reference, Program name and reason for request.

The effective date of cancellation or transfer is the date we receive your email.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of approval and returned via the original payment method (or by alternative method at our discretion).
9. Travel & Insurance
We strongly recommend you obtain appropriate travel and cancellation insurance to cover unforeseeable events, as our refund policy is strict due to the nature of retreats and committed resources.
10. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify or update this Return & Cancellation Policy at any time. The version posted on our website at the time of your booking is the one that applies.
