When you make a purchase, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize Everlore (or our third-party payment processors) to charge your chosen payment method. All transactions are subject to verification and acceptance.
4. Donations
Donations made through our Site are voluntary and non-refundable. Donations may be tax-deductible depending on your jurisdiction; please consult your tax advisor for guidance.
5. Refunds and Cancellations

Products: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt for unused and unopened items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Retreats and Rentals: Cancellations made at least 30 days before the scheduled date are eligible for a 75% refund. Cancellations made within 30 days are non-refundable but may be credited toward a future event at our discretion.

Memberships and Courses: Subscriptions or course fees are non-refundable once access has been granted.
We reserve the right to modify or cancel any event, course, or reservation. In such cases, a full refund or credit will be offered.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site—including but not limited to text, logos, images, videos, audio, graphics, creative works, course materials, and software—is the exclusive property of Everlore Enterprises, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display any content without written permission from Everlore. You may, however, share brief excerpts with proper attribution and a link to www.everlore.org.
7. Community Guidelines
When engaging in courses, online communities, or member forums, you agree to:

By participating in any Everlore retreat, healing program, or event, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved. You agree to release and hold harmless Everlore Enterprises, Inc., its officers, staff, and affiliates from any claims, injuries, or damages arising from participation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Everlore and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site or Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the applicable product or service.
